Amazónico Dubai is hosting a weekly Saturday brunch featuring Latin American flavours, paired with premium beverages. A major element of this brunch is music, which is the “beating heart” of the jungle-themed Saturday brunch experience. There will be a DJ on the decks from 2pm, blending Latin-inspired sounds while you dine on sushi starters, from ginshake nigiri, a king salmon prepared with banana miso cream and chives, to arepas con carne. Your choice of mains includes baby chicken or sea bass romesco. Finish with a dulce de leche milk cake and pina rostizada. The brunch experience will also feature live performances from a percussionist and trumpeter making an appearance across the three-story restaurant, with an after-party at the Lounge from 4pm until 6pm, for those wanting the celebration to last even longer.

Jason Atherton’s Dubai Marina restaurant at Grosvenor House has launched its first brunch, The Social Brunch. Taking place every Saturday from 12.30pm to 4pm, you can tuck into delicious modern European cuisine influenced by Japanese flavours served from trolleys alongside free-flowing drinks, live entertainment and stunning views of the Dubai Marina skyline.

No one throws a party like South Americans, so if you’re an avid bruncher who’s always up for a bangin’ time, head to En Fuego’s colourful Viva Del Carnaval brunch. Based at the iconic Atlantis The Palm, En Fuego is one of Dubai’s newest dining hotspots featuring one of the most Instagrammable venues around. The venue is vibrant featuring a ceiling with a circus-themed tented roof, signature pieces sourced directly from South America, piñatas, a vintage giant car in the ceiling, neon signs, and a flamingo-shaped chandelier. Hutong

The Imperial Brunch pays tribute to the Manchu Han Imperial Feast, a legendary banquet in the Qing dynasty. The tone is set by a live drummer and resident DJ while Hutong’s brilliant Chinese fare is brought to your table. The brunch begins with a wide variety of unlimited starters and delicate dim sums. This popular party bar at Meydan has a Saturday afternoon brunch with a range of packages and Burj Khalifa views. Taking place from noon to 5pm, you can delve into a sharing-style menu featuring French dishes including escargots de Josette (snails with almond butter), tartare de thon (bluefin tuna tartare with caviar), pâtes aux morilles (tagliolini with morels), entrecôte CDP (grilled ribeye with Josette sauce), crème brulée and so much more.  Expect live entertainment, DJ performances and a fantastic atmosphere.

Lulu & the Beanstalk introduces “The Late Brunch,” a bi-monthly evening event, held every other Saturday. The after-dark brunch features a curated menu including tomato lotsa ways, ceviche snaps back, lil’ Brookfield sliders, ravioli mushroom garden, and really pretty fish tacos. Dessert highlights include croissant ice cream and pickled strawberries. The event includes a line-up of international and local DJs, offering a chic alternative to the typical daytime brunch.

Matagi

Starting June 14, head to Matagi to try a modern Japanese menu, while grooving to the tunes of a live DJ that will set the tone for a fun night. To start the evening, light bites such as homemade Japanese pickles and sea-salted edamame are followed with a selection of cold starters such as spicy tuna on crispy rice, and beef tataki with truffle ponzu, or hot starters such as the prawn gyoza with Matagi chilli paste and crispy calamari. MayaBay hosts the MayaBrunch every Sunday from midday onward. If you’re looking for an upscale party atmosphere with gorgeous Burj Al Arab views, that’s the spot for you. The brunch features a selection of vegetarian, meat and fish options paired with an Asian-inspired beverage. Promising a colourful display of freshly prepared rolls, beef and seafood sashimi, gyoza, and a free flow of dumplings. Tapasake’s Saturday brunch offers an indoor brunch experience where you can dine on Nikkei dishes including sushi, sashimi, ceviche, tiradito and izakaya tapas for sharing. After brunch from 4pm onward, you have access to its record-breaking swimming pool. The OG Souk Madinat spot hosts a Saturday brunch every first and last Saturday of the month, from 1pm to 4pm. Featuring the foot-thumping rhythms of the Havana Bit four-piece Cuban band, expect to be serenaded with the sounds of Cuba, while you dine on island-inspired dishes from seafood to barbecue. One of the city’s best-loved brunches, head down to Zuma for a buffet brunch where you can grab your favourite dishes. This means a selection of starters including Zuma’s signature shrimp tempura with yuzu chilli mayo, and crispy fried squid, as well as an assortment of sashimi, nigiri and maki. The offering will also feature the beef yakiniku with tahoon mayo from the live robata cooking station, followed by signature main courses including the famous miso marinated black cod, jumbo tiger prawns, and grilled Australian wagyu ribeye with truffle mayo.
