1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and browsing the Dubai Party Life website ("Site") or utilizing our concierge booking services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue using this Site immediately.

2. VIP Concierge Bookings & Deposits

Dubai Party Life operates as an independent nightlife concierge agent. We coordinate table bookings, guestlists, and yacht charters on behalf of our clients directly with Dubai's venues.

• Minimum Spend Requirements: All VIP table prices provided by us are quotes representing minimum spend requirements set directly by the venue (redeemable on food and beverages) and are subject to change during peak seasons, holidays, or headline DJ events.
• Non-refundable Deposits: Specific high-demand venues or holiday events (such as New Year's Eve or race weeks) require advanced payment or non-refundable deposits to secure table reservations.
• Payments: Payments for table deposits are made directly to the respective venue's secure booking links or bank transfers, unless explicitly arranged otherwise.

3. Venue Entry, Age, and ID Policies

Dubai Party Life is not responsible for entry denials at venue doors. Venues retain absolute authority over admissions.

• Legal Age Limit: The legal age for entering licensed venues and consuming alcohol in Dubai is strictly 21 years old.
• Identification: All guests must carry their original, physical Emirates ID or passport. Digital copies or photo scans on mobile phones are legally invalid and will lead to entry denial.
• Dress Codes: Gents must strictly adhere to smart-elegant dress codes (closed shoes, long trousers, collared shirts; no athletic wear, caps, or slippers). Entry is subject to the door management's discretion.

4. Limit of Liability & Governing Law

Dubai Party Life acts solely as an intermediary service. We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, damages, or disappointments experienced by guests at partner venues, including reservation delays, venue closures, performance changes, or service standards.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai.
